POE-PAN24, Shielded 24-port passive POE panel

A panel integrating 24 passive POE injectors, suitable for powering up to forty-two devices, in a 19" rack design.

A professional solution for remote powering of a large number of active elements with an integrated extractor over UTP cabling.

By adding this pass-through panel to the switchboard, you get a power center that you simply connect between the existing switch and the patch panel, which already leads to the powered device (IP camera, IP phone, wireless elements, etc.)

Use:
Unpowered Ethernet ports (e.g. switch) are connected to the upper row of RJ45 connectors.
Devices that use power via an Ethernet cable are connected to the lower row of RJ45 connectors.
Two unused pairs of Ethernet cable are used for power:
- power pairs: 4.5 (positive pole)/7.8 (negative pole)

Choice of power psu
The power supply is not part of the delivery, the choice and performance parameters of the power supply must be optimized according to the respective consumption of the powered elements and their configuration.
Recommended min. the power consumption of the psu is 15W per pair of RJ45 connectors (24 x 15W = 360W for powering all 24 ports of the PoE panel).
Maximum allowed power values at the input to the POE panel:
24V: 576W (24A)
48V: 1152W (24A)
