Function
QNAP QGD-1600P is the world first managed PoE switch that supports virtual machines (VMs). It has 4-port 60W and 12-port 30W Gigabit PoE (with two combined PoE/SFP ports) for highly flexible deployment in a network environment. With a dual-CPU design, the QGD-1600P provides Layer 2 control functions for both VM and QTS applications. The QGD-1600P also features software-defined networking (SDN), so it can act as a NAS, NVR, router, firewall, and AP controller for IP camera surveillance, network security, storage expansion, and wireless LAN management applications. The Guardian range therefore offers SMEs a cost-effective and centrally managed LAN deployment solution.
- Compliant with the latest IEEE 802.3bt PoE++ and IEEE 802.3at PoE+ standards, the QGD-1600P offers 4-port 60W and 12-port 30W Gigabit PoE options. The QGD-1600P can provide a total of 370W, so it will satisfy the demands of even power-hungry devices (PDs).
- The QGD-1600P offers comprehensive Layer 2 management functions such as VLAN, LACP, QoS IGMP Snooping, and LAN wake-up to enable IT administrators to effectively manage network bandwidth and enhance security through a user-friendly web-based switch management interface.
- QuNetSwitch offers a user-friendly web interface that helps IT administrators effectively manage Layer 2 and PoE networks. In addition, a clear control panel and graphical statistical analysis show IT administrators all information about switching and monitored devices in a summary, making central management of energy-intensive devices intuitive and easy.
- Supports up to two SATA drives.
- The PCIe expansion option allows the use of 10GbE network cards, dual-port QM2 M.2 SSD/10GbE cards, USB 3.1 Gen 2 (10 Gb/s) cards or wireless adapters.
- Hosting container applications and virtual machines with different operating systems. Flexibly install virtual router, firewall or wireless LAN management software for various network management applications.
The QGD-1600P PoE switch enables the installation of ADRA NDR cyber security software, which can detect suspicious packets in all connected end devices in the LAN, protecting the network from targeted ransomware at an early stage. It is an affordable all-in-one LAN security solution.
Its hardware makes it the Access Switch every organization needs.
Easy to deploy - just install the NDR software.
Protects all connected devices in the LAN.
Overall lower cost than EDR.
Automatically detects, analyzes and isolates/stops hazards in time.
Easy to use management interface.
Temporary license ADRA GDR.
