Payment Methods Accepted
Currently Gear-Up accepts the following methods of payment for all computer components through our secure payment provider gateway.
- All types of credit and debit cards
- Bank wire transfer
- Bank Cash Deposit
- Cash on Delivery (limited to 500Aed, UAE only)
We may require additional verification on all credit card orders placed through the Gear-Up system.
Gear-Up has contracted with premium shipping providers. All goods will be delivered via the Gear-Up delivery cycle. All orders must be received by the Gear-Up system no later than Monday or Thursday at 6:00pm. Once components arrive at the Gear-Up office will be shipped through our providers immediately. Customers can track their shipment through the service providers tracking system for a more accurate delivery time frame.
Estimated Delivery Times
When you order your gear through Gear-Up, we will do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible. If for any reason your item does not arrive by the estimated delivery date we will contact you at the email address you provide with a status update and modified delivery estimate. Delivery estimates are based on the delivery cycle of Gear-Up’s shipping system – see below.

Gear-Up does offers a direct tracking system for customer orders.
All customers can trace their order by logging into their account or simply use their email ID and the order number.

Gear-Up Delivery Cycle
Currently Gear-Up.me ships your orders twice a week - Wednesday and Sunday.In order to take advantage of it please place your order:
- no later than Monday 6pm for Wednesday Shipping
- no later than Thursday 6pm for Sunday Shipping
UAE shipments will be delivered next day once shipped.International customers please kindly add 2-3 working days for courier delivery once shipped.

Same Day Shipping - Selected Items
We are offering Same Day Shipping (SDS) on our website. Look for the bestselling products marked by our SDS logo and get them shipped to you today. Once the order is placed and paid before 8pm, we process it and ship it the same day. It means you’ll be able to use and enjoy your IT components faster than ever.
Are There Only Specific Products That Qualify For This Particular Offer?
Only products with the SDS logo on them qualify for the same day shipping option. Look for the SDS logo at the product pages.
Until what time do I have to place the order?
Yes, you have to place the order before 8PM to have it shipped on that same day. In case of bank transfer we ship the order same day as we receive the money on our account.
What if I select both SDS and non-SDS items?
You can have the SDS items and non-SDS items shipped together at the regular times or you can choose to have the order split up to get the SDS item shipped the same day and the non-SDS at the regular shipping time.
If I split the order, do I have to pay twice for shipping?
As our courier charges us for each shipment separately you have to pay the shipping for each order you place. If you split the SDS items and the non-SDS items in two orders you will pay two shipping costs.
Does this offer apply to the weekend days, as well?
No, we don’t ship orders on Friday.
International Shipping (outside UAE)
Please, kindly note that international shipping may incur local duties, taxes, brokerage or other local government or 3rd party fees, which are not included in the freight quote. Those fees are sole responsibility of the customer (consignee) of the goods. Please, check your local laws pertaining to customs fees, duties and taxes.

Gear-Up Return Policy
We want our customers to be geared up with the latest and most advanced technology. That being said, order errors and mistakes happen, which is why we offer a convenient return policy for all items purchased through Gear-Up. In order to return your item you must include the original invoice and warranty and return/exchange for the item(s) within 3 days of the date of delivery.
