We know that Fallout is by far one of the most popular games. It’s a stunning experience and a great way to test your custom PC rig to the max. There’s a new edition on the way too, with lots of excitement around Fallout 76. In the meantime though you can try one of the many Fallout mods to shift your gameplay up a gear. Let’s take a look.

Fallout: Miami

This Fallout 4 mod transports you to Miami, a world with three new factions you can work with each with their own background story. You can expect new weapons and a range of locale-related tweaks, including stuff common to Miami such as golf courses and of course retirement homes. You’ll enjoy exploring this holiday destination through the unique view of a Fallout world.

Fallout: Cascadia

Yes, another Fallout 4 mod this time set in a Seattle that has been somewhat reclaimed by nature, as you’d expect in a game set in a nuclear apocalypse. It is in fact set some decades after Fallout 4, which serves to boost the ambience. It also revisits some gameplay aspects from earlier Fallout versions so will likely be really popular with big fans of the Fallout series.

Fallout: New California

This is a mod that has seen some serious development work. In fact, it has been under development for five years and will be released in October. To give you an idea of how much work went into this mod think about this: the creators have done voice-overs for over 16,000 lines of conversation. This is a big mod that we’re told will include a number if interesting side-quests.

Fallout 4: New Vegas

Yup, similar title but different idea. In fact the main point of this mod is to re-create Fallout: New Veags inside the Creation Engine that runs Fallout 4. Expect most stuff to be included but here and there things will be left out. One for hard-core Fallout fans.

Fallout: The Frontier

Another New Vegas mod, the creators of this mod suggests it is more of an expansion pack a bit similar to Old World Blues but the mod is already 19 GB in size so we think it is going to be quite substantial. It’s not quite done yet but at 80% complete we’re not far from a fully completed mod. Watch out for it if you really liked New Vegas.

Fallout: Atlanta

Finally, this mod is still in alpha so it’ll be a while before you see it on the shelves. Expect a unique storyline and a brand-new landmass including new interiors and new settings such as casinos plus a whole range of new quests. The creators promise a whole new vibe in fact and it may just be one to wait for.
