If you’re a pro gamer, you definitely know how important RAM is for getting a smooth and immersive gaming experience. That’s why today we have come up with an extreme performance RAM “Team Group Delta RGB DDR4-3000”. The Team Group Delta RGB DDR4-3000 is an affordable mainstream-oriented memory offering very good overclocking capabilities along with solid performance to please the majority of gamers.

Features and Specs:

The memory is available in modules from 4GB to 32GB or kits of two modules with black or white heat spreaders. It comes up with a speed of 2400, 2666, or 3000MHz and with a varied latency ranging from CAS15 to CAS16 depending on the chosen module speed. While the voltage ranges between 1.2V and 1.4V.

Dazzling RGB Lighting:

The Team Group’s T-Force Delta RGB provides overall solid blinks with 120° ultra-wide-angle light effects across the entire top of the heat spreader. These fancy RGB LEDs are controllable and can be controlled with the help of third-party software ‘Aura’ from Asus.

The set of RAM also incorporates the JEDEC RC 2.0 circuit board which increases the distance between the powers and signal layers resulting in the rise of signal strength by 35%.

Asymmetric Minimalist Design:

Talking about the looks, Delta RGB equips an asymmetric minimalist design with a metal heat spreader flank on both sides making it quite simple but energetic. Both sides of the spreader are identical except for one small detail. On one side of the module, there’s a tiny manual sticker that shows the specs and the model number of the chip. While there’s a metalhead spreader on both sides, the top module has opaque plastic with the name "TFORCE" painted on the right end with black from which RGB lighting is shown.

Heading back to the specs, the Delta RGB also supports XMP 2.0 one-click overclocking technology. After XMP is enabled, the RAM is set to DDR4-3000 at 16-18-18-38 primary timings and will default to DDR4-2133 CAS 15 with XMP disabled. While the voltage needs to bump up to 1.35V XMP to support the modules at full rated performance levels.

Comparison with Others:

Memory modules with RGBs are usually more expensive than typical memory modules. However, here we don’t have many alternatives to compare. Team Group’s Nighthawk RGB may be in the competition but it’s from the same brand. The other competitors are G.Skill’s Trident Z RGB DDR4-3600 and Mushking’s Redline Ridgeback DDR4-3200. Just like Team Group, the Trident Z RGB also carries dazzling blinks but has twice as many modules of the same size and Redline Ridgeback DDR4-3200 comes with the same number and size of modules but doesn’t have RGB.
